What is a LEGACY presale?
If you have renewed your PREMIUM or COMMUNITY membership and your membership is still in good standing, you are now considered a "Legacy" member and will be able to participate in the special "Legacy" presale windows.
Members who have not renewed yet are considered New Members and will be able to participate in the New Member presale which happens after the Legacy window.

Settting up a Ticketek account prior to the presale
Some of the Australian/New Zealand presales will be facilitated through the Ticketek web site. If so you must be registered as a 'My Ticketek member' to buy presale tickets online for these shows. We suggest setting up a My Ticketek account prior to the presale. Set up a My Ticketek account here.
How to use the presale ticket system and retrieve your PASSCODE
Members will receive thier presale passcodes when the PRESALE IS LIVE - not BEFORE.
